I do want to Thank You personally for your effort and time you spent with me. I have already experienced a tremendous response to just changing my tone of voice when I am talking to people. I really got to thinking about how effective you were when you talked to me in an even tone of voice. It is not that I want to be authoritative I just never realized my tone of voice was so demanding.
